AB After placing the vacceos and their funeral rituals chronologically and geographically , we will analyze the 85 cremations from the excavation campaigns XVIII- XXII ( 2007-2011) did in the necropolis de Las Ruedas , occupied since the end of V century BC to the second century AD , corresponding to vacceo -Roman oppidum of Pintia (Padilla de Duero, Peñafiel).The regulatory vacceo ritual behave cremation of the body and deposit in cinerary urn placed in the open hole. The belief in immortality led them to move to the realm of otherworldly elements that symbolized their status in life, and often include a viatical victuals for the Hereafter.
