AB After the treatment of the issue of the unwarranted identification with Contributa Ipscense in a previous paper, this article deals with the reality of Roman archaeology in Iscar. From the current state of the art, the local physical environment and the main features of the archaeological sites of this assignment in the municipality arc analyzed, including an approach to the type of habitat. It deepens subsequently from a spatial perspective in the imbrication of these sites within the surrounding territorial mesh, identifiable with the northern area in the territorium of the ancient city of Cauca.
