AB 2017 marks the 30th anniversary of the birth of the principle of sustainable development and a revolution in the protection of the en vironment.Finally, it was recognized that the survival of human been on the planet, as a species, depended directly on political actions that oblige to manage properly the environmental resources but guaranteeing the human progress. The sustainable develop ment has been a concept that has evolved rapidly, as its society was doing. Perhaps that speed is the reason why Economics and Law have made such a little progress in 30 years, but it is now when the European Union is determined to change definitely the eco nomic model for one that is really efficient and protects not only the environment but the society also
