AB Translation has been present from the beginning of times, when two cultures tried tocommunicate with each other and their languages were different, they needed a way ofdoing it. In every culture there are instances of humor, as it is part of the human nature.So, the translation of humor is an important field that needs to be studied more in depth,as there is only a small number of works dealing with it. In this work, we aim to studysome aspects of this field by analyzing the dubbed versions of two movies. We will focuson what has been translated and how they have done it. Then, analyze the translationsfrom a diachronic perspective to see the evolution that the translation of humor hassuffered.
