For this purpose, a theoretical investigationabout the impact of the affective dimension on the teaching and learning process as well as thepotentialities of mindfulness is needed. After this research, a proposal of intervention will besuggested in order to achieve a communicative competence as well as a climate of confidence and comfort through the practice of mindfulness within a communicative context. This proposalcomprises a total of ten activities based on communication as a tool to manage the student’s second language acquisition. These activities are going to be carried out during the first minutes of each session.
