The main objective is to introduce literature as co-educational material in an English classroom, through the approach of the literature for personal enrichment from Lazar. For doing so, the didactic unit No More Princesses has been developed and put into practice, with which the mentioned adapted tales has been introduced in a 3rd E.S.O class, through seven sessions in which English is the language of communication. Through these tales, students are educated in the matter of equality, making them reflect about stereotypes and gender roles, which appear in children's stories and about the consequences that this could have. The reached conclusion is that finally, adapted tales have been proved to be useful and efficient material to work co-education in a foreign English class.
