It is a recognition of the continuous improvement of the institution. After carrying out an internal evaluation and preparing a Gap analysis with the deficiencies detected in the Institution.The objective is to establish from this work an “Action Plan” that addresses the areas of improvement of research management at the University. The main objective is to implement an environment of research excellence through a Human Resources Research Strategy adapted to the recommendations established in the "European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers".
