The goals of Antitrust Law are analysed in their historical evolution, to assess whether it is an adequate and sufficient instrument to solve this problem, taking into account the 2020 proposals in USA –Investigation by the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Antitrust Law– and in EU –EC proposal for a Digital Markets Act–.
