AB In this paper, the problem of H1 Static Output Feedback (SOF) Controller Design with finite frequency (FF) specification for Two-Dimensional (2D) Discrete Systems in Fornasini-Marchesini (FM) second model is investigated with the use of the Generalized Kalman Yakobovich Popov (GKYP) lemma. New condition guaranteeing the finite frequency SOF H1 controller design for 2D discrete systems is derived, in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs).This study reduces the conservatism of the existing entire-frequency (EF) design. In the end, same examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the derived results.
