In this project we will work with an Elastin-like recombinamer, a biopolymer with physicochemical properties really useful and varied. The ELR are characterized because they have a liquid-liquid and reversible phase transition at certain temperature, which we call transition temperature. Above this temperature, the ELR starts forming stable and regular structures in the solution. We will study this temperature with characterization techniques, and we will analyze the behavior of this temperature when the polypeptide suffers a phosphorylation process. For the characterization we will use different techniques that will allow us to study the polypeptide from different points of view.
