These benefits of the use of gamification in English language learning are discussed from two different points of view: teacher and student. In order to reach this objective, a methodology has been proposed to research these advantages of gamification in this aspect of the English language mentioned above. This investigation project employs Socrative, a tool introduced to the students of a language academy.
