To achieve this goal, the interpretive paradigm was chosen for the investigation because from a qualitative perspective, and through a phenomenological-hermeneutic perspective, it was considered feasible to access human constructions, shared learning, and the visions that key players in international mobility have elaborated on the object of study. For such purposes, after reviewing the literature on the subject, the case study was chosen, with a communicative orientation, based on the critical communicative research methodology, which helped in the determination of the instruments, criteria and information collection techniques. as well as in its analysis and interpretation. In the development of the different phases of the research, topics directly linked to the core of the study emerged, related to intercultural competence, communicative competence, autonomy, social empathy, European identity, educational leadership, cooperation between peers and family participation in the school culture. These topics were identified as key elements of the educational transformation promoted by the Erasmus+ Program projects. From the exploration of the meanings constructed through the dialogical interaction among the participants, constructed the dialogical and egalitarian meetings of the research, through the semi-structured interviews, and the rest of the research tools, valuable findings were obtained, on the improvement of autonomy and personal initiative induced by the Erasmus+ mobilities, changes in the course of academic, social and personal expectations experienced by the actors of the educational community, evidence of transformation in the teaching praxis and in the cooperative dynamics of the school, and a variety of impacts that have affected in several dimensions of the school organization of Colegio JABY, such as the curricular and the methodological ones. These findings are intended to be part of a future network of studies and scientific evidence that constitute a more complete research corpus on the various impacts that the development of Erasmus+ projects have in the field of school education.
