AB This Final Degree Project focuses on the importance of the application of the new Law for the Integral Protection of Children and Adolescents against Violence (LOPIVI) and other strategies that help in the prevention or early detection of violence young children. Especially under the current globalist context, in which an increase in the linguistic and cultural diversity and richness of Spain has been appreciated. A survey was made to 65 individuals to see the degree of preparedness to face this challenge. The survey addressed questions related to the knowledge of children's rights, protection measures and the perceived effectiveness of the law. The results indicated a low general level of knowledge about LOPIVI and child violence in the selected sample. The need for larger and more representative studies to obtain generalisable and conclusive results is recognised.
