AB Relationship between the main components of the lens and anterior chamber depth before and after cataract formation, using optical biometry (Lenstar LS900).A biometric characterization of the lens components (anterior cortical space, nuclear space and posterior cortical space) has been carried out, both in patients with cataract and in patients without cataract. It has been analyzed whether the relationship maintained with the anterior chamber depth varies with the existence of cataract. It has also been studied considering the ocular axial length since it can change in long and short eyes.Finally, it has been analyzed how the lens thickness and its components are modified with the presence of cataract assessed with the LOCS-III classification.
