It is about providing a practical tool that empowers women and addresses their needs for entrepreneurship in rural environments. The methodology used in this research is based on a convergent mixed design aimed at holistically understanding the experiences of female entrepreneurs in the rural environment. The qualitative dimension involves the analysis of twelve life stories, while the quantitative contains a questionnaire designed ad hoc to evaluate the demands and challenges of 100 participants. The findings of both phases are validated through a focus group of experts in entrepreneurship, ensuring their robustness and relevance. The results reveal various profiles of female entrepreneurs in the rural areas of the region, highlighting the need for personalized and flexible training that goes beyond specialization in the wine sector. In this context, motivations, challenges, and cross-cutting competencies are identified as fundamental elements for entrepreneurship, among others. The final proposal, backed by the experiences shared by the participants, integrates these elements, offering a versatile tool to meet the needs of entrepreneurs in the rural context.
