Eigth ruminally canulated Churra eweswere assigned to two dietary treatments, control (C, without grape pomace) and grapepomace (GP, with 7,5% of grape pomace in the diet). Fiber and ether extract content werehigher (p<0.001) and crude protein content and ruminal degradability were lower (P<0.001)in seeds than in pulps-skins. Ruminal pH was higher and ruminal N-NH3 was lower in sheepfeed GP diet than C (P < 0.05). The nutritive value of grape pomace as a feed for ruminantdiets is limited, however grape pomace could be interesting by their bioactive compounds.
