AB This study focuses on exploring the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on group decision making, especially in complex organizational environments, both in the public and private spheres. It is approached from a systems thinking perspective, with a particular focus on cybernetics.Cybernetics has been taken as a central axis within the various systems approaches, and within these methodologies, Team Syntegrity® stands out as a key tool for collaboratively addressing complex problems. Designed to foster cohesion and synergy in large groups, Team Syntegrity® promotes democratic participation and the creation of a collective consciousness around the issues raised.The main objective is to validate how organizational cybernetics (OC) concepts can be combined with ICT to facilitate group discussions on complex problems. This objective is broken down into several sub-objectives, such as improving the quality of decisions and collective knowledge through the application of OC-based technologies, as well as comparing the effectiveness of Team Syntegrity® with other existing toolsTo validate these objectives, a specific software called "Discussion Organizer", based on organizational cybernetics, has been developed, which is a significant contribution of this work. This software serves as an ICT tool to facilitate group decision-making processes, in line with the principles of organizational cybernetics and the Team Syntegrity® methodology.
