Measurements are performed by means of a spherical acoustic resonator with an expanded relative uncertainty (k = 2) better than 250 parts in 106. Experimental data are fitted to a virial type equation, obtaining standard deviations within the uncertainty of the measurements, and the adiabatic coefficient as perfect gas is derived from this fitting. Finally, all these data are compared to GERG-2008 and AGA92-DC equations of state, which are used as reference in the gas industry.
