AB During the clinical proces evaluating the mechanisms of the cervical cancer, the colposcopy is one of the main keys. While the colposcopy evaluation, following the classic  clinical criteria, the biopsy and the therapeutic decision based on the pathological result, is the most standardized rule. Nevertheless, the risk of underdiagnostis, with the delay of the optimal terapeutical approach, it is an item to asses. That is the reason why we evaluate the pathological results in a High Risk H.P.V. positive population  treated with a politicy of See and Treat" strategy vs a colposcopically guided biopsy, to ensure the optimal terapeutic approach. But we have to alarm about the risk of overtreatment.
