AB The thesis analyzes, through the jurisprudence from ECtHR, the rights and guarantees recognized in the ECHR related to judicial proceedings and their specific application with respect to military personnel. Throughout this analysis, some criticisms of the Spanish legal system in this area are formulated, and proposals for its improvement are made.
