This system automates the replenishment process, signaling inreal time which parts are needed and at which workstation, ensuring continuous production,reducing cycle times, and minimizing human errors.The E-Kanban system has significantly improved efficiency by ensuring part availability,reducing waiting times, and providing visual feedback. Its adaptability to dynamicdemand makes it a key tool for continuous improvement, aligned with Lean Manufacturingprinciples.
