El diario personal en la literatura: teoría del diario literario

Abstract

El diario personal y el análisis teórico de sus fundamentos cuentan con escasa bibliografía en el marco de los estudios literarios. Si bien la autobiografía ha recibido cada vez más atención crítica, el diario personal se revela como una forma que no se ha afianzado todavía en el canon, hasta el punto de que su pertenencia a la literatura ha sido cuestionada con frecuencia. Este artículo intenta justificar la inclusión del diario personal en el ámbito de lo literario. Para ello, pretende definir lo que en estas páginas se denomina diario literario y explicar la posibilidad de leer el diario personal desde la literatura, que es el espacio en donde se ubica este análisis desde un punto de vista teórico.

The personal diary and the theoretical analysis of its foundations have very little scientific literature in the framework of the literary studies. While the autobiography has received increasing attention, the personal diary is revealed as a form that has yet to take root in the canon, up to the point that their membership of the literature has frequently been challenged. This paper seeks to justify the inclusion of personal diary into the area of the literature. For it, it tries to define what in these pages is named a literary diary and to explain the possibility of reading the personal diary from the literature, which is the space where this analysis is located from a theoretical point of view.
