El socialismo y la democracia son los componentes básicos de una experiencia que aspira a superar los antagonismos anteriores y crear las condiciones idóneas para una nueva Alemania (humanidad). The evolution and outcome of the Great War place Germany on the dividing line of two worlds. The November revolution of 1918 expresses the political and cultural revolt of the son (Republic) against the father (Empire), as if it were a conflict between two generations. Socialism and democracy are the basic constituents of an experience aims to overcome former antagonisms and create suitable conditions for a new Germany (humanity).
