Las actividades físicas en el medio natural: el senderismo en la Educación Primaria

Abstract

Las Actividades Físicas en el Medio Natural (AFMN) deben tener más importancia en la Educación tanto Primaria como Secundaria, ya que son un recurso educativo muy eficaz, que permite desarrollar un aprendizaje por descubrimiento, mediante el uso de metodologías que vienen directamente de las experiencias de los alumnos. La realización de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) tiene como objetivo fundamental el estudio y el análisis de las AFMN, centrándonos en la actividad del senderismo, donde a lo largo de este proyecto vamos a ver sus características, importancia y beneficios.

Physical Activity in the Natural Environment should have more important in both primary and secondary education, because there are educational resources very effective that allow learning by discovery, using methodologies that come directly from the experiences of the students. The realization of this FDW (Final Degree Work) has as main objective the study and analysis of the AFMN, focusing on the activity of hiking, where along this project we are going to see their characteristics, importance and benefits.
