Importancia de manipulación y experimentación para enseñar natural science en un aula de educación primaria

Abstract

El contenido de este trabajo nos muestra la importancia de que los niños aprendan conocimientos y habilidades a través de una metodología activa basada en la experimentación e investigación. Al crear grupos de trabajo cooperativo en el aula, los alumnos aprenden de forma más eficaz y desarrollan sus capacidades sociales, críticas y creativas. Se presenta una propuesta para el área de Natural Science. En todas las sesiones el profesor se encarga de guiar al alumnado con un lenguaje sencillo y estableciendo pautas. Los alumnos aprenden a través de sus propias experiencias. Ellos recuerdan, reflexionan y comparten lo aprendido siendo ellos mismos los protagonistas de su aprendizaje.

The content of this work shows the importance of children to learn knowledges and skills through an active methodology based on experimentation and research. Creating groups of cooperative work in the classroom, students learn more effectively and they develop their social, creative and critical skills. I present the proposal for the area of Natural Science. In all sessions, the teacher is responsible for guiding the students in simple language and establishing guidelines. Students learn through their own experiences. They remember, they think and they share what they have learned being themselves the protagonists of their learning.
