Análisis comparativo entre los servicios de Atención Temprana prestados por la CCAA de Castilla y León y la CCAA de Andalucía

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda un tema muy interesante, ya que funciona como mecanismo de cambio hacia un futuro mejor, para la vida de nuestra población, especialmente a los niños. Este tema se denomina la ‘Atención Temprana (AT). A continuación, encontraremos los aspectos más teóricos de este servicio, dando a conocer su definición, historia, trabajo e importancia del servicio hacia este colectivo. A su vez, también podremos ver, los diferentes servicios que ofrecen la comunidad de Castilla y León y Andalucía respecto a la Atención Temprana (AT) para así poder realizar una comparación entre (mayormente) la normativa por la que rigen sus actuaciones, recursos, principios, objetivos, etc. Gracias a la evolución y desarrollo de la AT en cuanto a aspectos teóricos como son sus regulaciones o normativas, hoy en día, se ofrece una AT de más calidad gracias a la guía que ofrecen estos decretos, leyes, protocolos… Por todo esto, se analizarán los diversos métodos de aplicar este servicio a lo largo de las comunidades de CyL y Andalucía.

This paper addresses a very interesting topic, as it works as a mechanism for change towards a better future, for the lives of our people, especially children. This topic is called the Early Attention ‘(AT). Next, we will find the most theoretical aspects of this service, revealing its definition, history, work and importance of service towards this collective. At the same time, we will also be able to see the different services offered by the community of Castilla y León and Andalucía regarding Early Care (AT) in order to make a comparison between (mainly) the rules governing their actions, resources, principles, objectives, etc. Thanks to the evolution and development of the TA in terms of theoretical aspects such as its regulations or regulations, nowadays, an AT of higher quality is offered thanks to the guide offered by these decrees, laws, protocols… For all this, we will analyze the different methods of applying this service throughout the communities of cyl and Andalucía.
