En este trabajo se hará una exposición de la regulación del derecho de propiedad, así como del derecho de libertad de empresa y de las limitaciones de ambos.
Más adelante se abordará la problemática actual existente entre el sector del taxi y el sector de los VTC, haciendo referencia a las medidas adoptadas para resolver el descontento de los taxis, a través del Real Decreto ley 13/2018, de 28 de septiembre, por el que se modifica la Ley de ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres en materia de arrendamiento de vehículos con conductor. Además explicaremos la relación existente entre estas medidas adoptadas y las limitaciones al derecho de propiedad.
In this paper an exposition will be made of the regulation of property rights, as
well as the right to freedom of enterprise and the limitations of both.
Later, the current problems between the taxi sector and the VTC sector will be
addressed, making reference to the measures adopted to resolve the discontent
of taxis, through Royal Decree Law 13/2018, of September 28, by the one that
modifies the Law of ordination of the Terrestrial Transports in matter of lease of
vehicles with driver. In addition, we will explain the relationship between these
adopted measures and the limitations on property rights
