Propuesta de diseño de investigación cuantitativa sobre factores psicosociales de riesgo en menores infractores

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende dar a conocer las características y el perfil de los menores infractores con medidas judiciales que cumplen con las mismas dentro de un centro de internamiento en España. Otro de los aspectos que se tratan de clarificar en el siguiente documento; es la identificación de los factores de riesgo que están ligados a estas conductas delictivas, así como de los factores protectores que tienen un papel fundamental a la hora de evitar las mismas. Siempre entendiendo que son múltiples los factores y problemas que influyen en la vida de estas personas. Desde el trabajo social, es preciso realizar investigaciones que vayan orientadas a conocer estos cambios y situaciones de vulnerabilidad social, lo cual permitirá a los propios profesionales obtener una visión amplia de dichos problemas, y mejorar las intervenciones en este sentido. Objetivos: El objetivo de este estudio es llevar a cabo una revisión de la literatura y proponer el diseño de una propuesta de investigación sobre los factores de riesgo en menores infractores y cómo estos influyen directamente en las actividades de naturaleza delictiva que estos llevan a cabo. Métodos: Estudio cuantitativo. El cual permitirá conocer e investigar los factores de riesgo a los que están expuestos los menores infractores; en concreto del centro "Los Manzanos" de Valladolid. Resultados esperados y aplicabilidad: Se pretende conocer en mayor profundidad los factores de riesgo más comunes que afectan a este colectivo, para así poder identificar sus necesidades y prestar una solución acorde a estas y al menor en cuestión. Con esta investigación se trata de explorar los posibles recursos existentes para poder ayudar a dar una mejor respuesta a las necesidades de los menores y mejorar la intervención con los mismos; así como concienciar a la sociedad de que en la gran mayoría de los casos, lo que lleva al menor a cometer el acto delictivo, son las circunstancias que atraviesa.

This work aims to raise awareness of the characteristics and profile of juvenile offenders through judicial measures that comply with them within a detention centre in Spain. Another aspect that is tried to clarify in the following document is the identification of the risk factors that are linked to these criminal behaviors, as well as the protective factors that have a fundamental role in preventing them. Always understanding that there are multiple factors and problems that influence the lives of these people. Social work requires research aimed at understanding these changes and situations of social vulnerability, which will enable professionals themselves to gain a broad understanding of these problems and to improve interventions in this regard. Objectives: The aim of this study is to carry out a literature review and to propose the design of a research proposal on the risk factors in juvenile offenders and how these directly influence the activities of a criminal nature that lead to corporal.

Methods: Quantitative study. This will make it possible to identify and investigate the risk factors to which juvenile offenders are exposed, in particular el centro "Los Manzanos" in Valladolid. Expected results and applicability: The aim is to gain a better understanding of the most common risk factors affecting this group, so that their needs can be identified and a solution can be found for them and the child in question. The aim of this research is to explore possible existing resources in order to help better respond to the needs of minors and to improve intervention with them; and to make society aware that in the vast majority of cases, lt is the circumstances in which the minar commits the criminal act.
