En este trabajo se abordan algunas consideraciones sobre los Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados en España. Partimos de la protección que recibe este colectivo por parte de las diferentes figuras jurídicas que el sistema español recoge. Así como la determinación de la edad de estos menores, los requisitos que se tienen en cuenta para el acceso de los MENAS al sistema español y las prestaciones que el sistema proporciona. Además, se intentará destacar la importancia del trabajo social antes este vulnerable colectivo.
The aim of this project is to go over some considerations concerning MENAS in Spain. We begin by investigating the protection that this community recieves on behalf of various judicial authorities that work for the spanish government. We shall take into consideration not only the age of the minors, but also the procedure required for the access of MENAS into the spanish system, as well as the benefits said system offers. Furthermore, this project seeks to outline the importance of social work and its duty towards this vulnerable community.
