El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado muestra alternativas dentro del Trabajo Social que permitan mejorar y transformar la práctica profesional a más sostenible y holística en relación con la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible. Para ello, se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica de carácter institucional a nivel internacional, estatal y autonómico, de actuaciones dirigidas a la consecución de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Esta revisión se centra en el ámbito social concretamente enfocándose en Trabajo Social. El nexo de unión entre el Trabajo Social y la Agenda 2030 es el carácter social que, en cooperación con otros profesionales y la sociedad civil, conformaran acciones necesarias y beneficiosas a nivel social, medioambiental y de prosperidad que consigan el equilibrio y la sostenibilidad.
This Final Work Degree shows alternatives within Social Work to improve and transform the professional practice to be more sustainable and holistic in relation to the Agenda 2030 for the Sustainable Development. To this end, a bibliographic review has been made in an international, national and regional level, with actions that aim the consecution of the Sustainable Development Goals. This review focuses on the social aspects, specifically towards Social Work. The link between Social Work and the Agenda 2030 is the social nature, which in cooperation with other professionals and civil society, will implement needed and positive actions that achieve balance and sustainability at the social, environmental and prosperity levels.
