El juego patológico es considerado una problemática cada vez más presente en nuestra sociedad. A pesar del trabajo llevado a cabo para abordar dicha problemática e intentar reducir el impacto negativo que genera en diferentes aspectos de la vida de las personas que lo sufren, es necesario realizar un mayor esfuerzo para solventar estas dificultades. Con el objetivo de favorecer su descenso y contribuir al desarrollo psicológico de jugadores patológicos, en este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se ha realizado una revisión teórica sobre la temática para, posteriormente, plantear una propuesta de intervención centrada en el fomento de la resiliencia, la cual ayudará a desarrollar una mejor resistencia y afrontamiento psicológico ante las consecuencias generadas por el juego.
Gambling disorder is considered an increasingly present problem in our society. In spite of the work carried out to address this problem and try to reduce the negative impact it generates in different aspects of the lives of people who suffer from it, it is necessary to make a greater effort to solve these difficulties. With the aim of promoting their descent and contribute to the psychological development of pathological players, in this Master’s Degree Final Project a theoretical review has been carried out on the topic of propose an intervention proposal focused on building resilience, which will help to develop better endurance and psychological coping in the face of the consequences generated by the game.
