Inundabilidad y ordenación en el municipio de Simancas

Abstract

Los riesgos naturales han representado una amenaza para el ser humano desde su primera existencia, tanto como individuos independientes como en las sociedades que conforma.

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es un estudio sobre el riesgo natural que suponen las inundaciones de origen fluvial en el Municipio de Simancas y sus relaciones con la ordenación territorial del mismo. Este tipo de trabajo resulta útil a la hora de saber a qué se enfrenta la sociedad con este tipo de riesgo natural y su implicación en el medio, tanto a nivel humano como económico y medioambiental. Entender esta problemática y sus posibles consecuencias así como medidas para minimizarlas será importante si se quiere convivir en armonía con el medio natural que habitamos.

Natural disasters have represented a threat to humankind since their existence, affecting it either in an individual or social extent.

The present paper is a study on the natural hazards that riverine flooding provokes in the municipality of Simancas, and its relation to its own territorial ordering. This work results to be useful when knowing what society may face regarding this natural hazard and its influence in nature from a human, economical, and environmental perspective. Thus, it is vital to understand this issue and its potential consequences as well as the measures which can be taken to minimise its effects; only then will we be able to coexist in harmony with the environment we live in.
