El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo el estudio de las ordenanzas
municipales de la villa de Zaratán (Valladolid). El análisis se ha realizado a través de
una fuente documental inédita que se encuentra en el monasterio de Santa María la Real
de las Huelgas de Valladolid. Los primeros capítulos del trabajo están dedicados a la
materialidad del documento, la historia de Zaratán y una visión general de las
ordenanzas en Castilla. El resto del análisis se ocupa en exclusiva del estudio de las
ordenanzas de la villa, ofreciéndonos así una visión del marco espacio-temporal, el
mundo social y la economía que reinaba en la villa de Zaratán.
The present End of Degree Project aims to study the municipal ordinances of the village
of Zaratán (Valladolid). The analysis has been carried out using an unpublished
documentary source found in the monastery of Santa Maria la Real de las Huelgas of
Valladolid. The first chapters of the work are dedicated to the materiality of the
document, the history of Zaratán and an overview of the ordinances in Castile. The rest
of the analysis deals exclusively with the study of the ordinances of the village, thus
offering us a vision of the space, the social world and the economy that reigned in the
village of Zaratán.
