Los bienes privativos en la sociedad de gananciales

Abstract

En este trabajo, tras ofrecer una visión general de la sociedad de gananciales desde el punto de vista patrimonial, se estudian los bienes que tienen carácter privativo, analizando los distintos criterios que lo justifican, a la vista tanto de la regulación del Código Civil, como la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo.

This dissertation, after offering a general vision of the community of property from the patrimonial point of view, the goods that have a private character are studied, analyzing the different elements that justify it, in view of the regulation of the Civil Code, as well as the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court.
