dc.description.abstract | The growing demand for sophisticated algorithms based on neural systems implemented by artificial intelligences and machine learning, have promoted numerous investigations and characterizations of materials in search of properties that meet the technological demands that these systems demand. In this context, the RRAM emergent memories acquire the focus of attention, since in addition to presenting better scalability, durability and energy efficiency, there is the presence of intermediate states. In order to serve as a support tool for the characterization of materials with this property, and to obtain intermediate states not obtained in experimental measurements, the DRM software has been developed. This software allows simulating the characteristic curves of the material in the event of arbitrary variations in the electric field to which the device is subjected. | es |
