El Nuevo Sistema para la Incorporación de las Bases Gráficas al Registro de la Propiedad

Abstract

La Ley 13/2015, de 24 de junio, de Reforma de la Ley Hipotecaria y de la Ley del Catastro, pone en valor la necesidad de lograr una mayor seguridad jurídica en el tráfico inmobiliario y la simplificación de la tramitación administrativa, por medio de una mejora en la coordinación entre lo contenido en el Catastro y en el Registro de la Propiedad. Una de las vías que la Ley 13/2015 prevé para lograr dicha coordinación, es precisamente la creación de un sistema para la incorporación de las bases gráficas catastrales a las bases del Registro.

The 13/2015 Act, of June 24th, for the amendment of the Mortgage Act and the Cadastre Act, highlights the necessity of achieving a higher amount of judicial certainty in the real state market, as well as, a more simplified administrative system, through the better coordination between the Cadastre and the Immovable Property Rights Register. In order to achieve a better coordination, the Recast carries out a new system for the incorporation of the Cadastre’s graphic data to the Register, which is the central topic of this research.
