En este trabajo se realiza un viaje por la política educativa del currículo con la intención de llegar al centro de la educación. A lo largo de este recorrido se explora la complejidad de la conceptualización del currículo ya que en él se aprecian diferentes capas que han ido entremezclándose con acontecimientos políticos, sociales, históricos y económicos a los que la educación no es ajena. Posteriormente hemos continuado nuestro viaje por las leyes de educación en España tratando de analizar la política curricular de cada una de ellas. En esta etapa hemos descubierto las fallas, las erupciones y las tensiones a las que está sometido el currículo. Finalmente, de acuerdo con un marco comparativo señalamos las limitaciones de las leyes en relación con un currículo de calidad.
This Master dissertation takes a journey through the educational policy of the curriculum with the purpose of arriving at the core of education. Throughout this process the complexity of the conceptualization of the curriculum is explored and in him we appreciate different layers that have been intermingled with political, social, historical and economic events to which education is not a stranger. Subsequently, we have continued our journey through the educational legislation in Spain, trying to analyse the curriculum policy of each one. At this stage we have discovered the flaws, eruptions and tensions to which the curriculum is subjected. Finally, according to a comparative framework, we point out the limitations of the laws in regard to a quality curriculum.
