Las aportaciones y beneficios que la música ofrece al ser humano son muy numerosos, no obstante, dentro del sistema educativo español actual no se encuentra en muy alta estima y no goza de un protagonismo notorio. Con el presente escrito se busca reflejar los efectos sobre el alumnado, así como la contribución de la materia a otras asignaturas de la etapa. Posteriormente se planteará una actividad coral y orquestal dentro del currículo de 2ºESO, reflejando así las ventajas que tiene la enseñanza práctica de la música dentro de la actual ley educativa y demostrando la posibilidad de incluirla como actividad curricular.
The contributions and benefits that music offers to humans are numerous. However, within the current Spanish educational system, it is not highly valued and lacks a prominent role. This dissertation aims to showcase these benefits to students, as well as the contribution of this subject to other subjects at the same year level. Consequently, a choral and orchestral activity will be proposed as part of the curriculum fo the 2nd year of Secondary Education (ESO). This proposal highlights the advantages of teaching music in a practical manner, aligns with the current educational law, and demonstrates its potential as a curricular activity.
