El interés general es fundamento y fin del Derecho Administrativo. El Sector Audiovisual una poderosa herramienta en la conformación de la opinión pública; no sería exagerado decir que tiene el monopolio de lo que pasa por la cabeza de una amplia mayoría. Así pues, el presente trabajo tiene por objeto atender a la proyección de aquel concepto administrativo, en este Sector de tan decisivo alcance. Con este fin, se analizarán la organización y funcionamiento del Audiovisual, así como la intervención administrativa propia de un Sector, como es este, regulado, se estudiará el régimen de la publicidad en el mismo, poniendo especial atención a los anuncios de servicio público o de carácter benéfico del art.134 de la LGCA, y se valorarán las consecuencias jurídicas del mediático caso francés en torno al vídeo “Chère future maman”.
General interest is the foundation and purpose of Administrative Law. The Audiovisual Sector is a powerful tool in the shaping of public opinion; it would not be an exaggeration to say that it has a monopoly on what goes through the minds of a large majority. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to examine the projection of that administrative concept in this sector of such a decisive scope. To this end, the organisation and functioning of the Audiovisual sector will be analysed, as well as the administrative intervention inherent to a regulated sector such as this one, the regime of advertising in this sector will be studied paying special attention to public service or charitable advertisements of art.134 of LGCA, and the legal consequences of the French media case involving the video "Chère future maman" will be assessed
