Los delitos de terrorismo

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado examina a fondo los delitos de terrorismo, una amenaza en la sociedad global. Una vez explicada la definición de terrorismo, sus características y los tipos penales existentes en nuestro Código Penal, centraré el estudio del trabajo en la evolución legislativa y en la legislación procesal. La política antiterrorista y su evolución son otro foco de investigación en este trabajo,destacando los instrumentos legislativos y los policiales. Finalmente, se presenta un análisis de la situación actual del terrorismo en España. Se identifican los desafíos continuos que enfrentan la sociedad y las autoridades en la lucha contra el terrorismo.

This thesis examines in depth the crimes of terrorism, a threat in global society. Once I have explained the definition of terrorism, its characteristics and the existing criminal offences in our Penal Code, I will focus the study of the work on the legislative evolution and procedural legislation. Anti-terrorist policy and its evolution are another focus of research in this work, highlighting legislative and police instruments. Finally, an analysis of the current situation of terrorism in Spain is presented. It identifies the continuing challenges facing society and the authorities in the fight against terrorism.
