En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se desarrollará la temática de la tributación de los derechos de
imagen de los futbolistas profesionales en España. En el desarrollo de este tema se fijará la
atención tanto en los deportistas cuya residencia se encuentre en España como en aquellos cuya
residencia se encuentre en otro Estado. Una vez diferenciado el lugar de residencia del futbolista,
se procederá a abordar un análisis de la manera en que deben de ser gravadas sus rentas, tanto
su tributación desde un punto de vista general, como la forma de tributar que tienen sus derechos
de imagen desde una perspectiva más específica. Por último, se abordarán tres sentencias de gran
relevancia, las cuales, tienen una gran importancia en el mundo del fútbol y han dado lugar a
diferentes resoluciones a pesar de tener una similitud entre ellas.
During this Final Degree Project I will develop the theme of the taxation of image rights of
professional footballers in Spain. In the development of this topic, we will focus our attention
both on athletes whose residence is in Spain and those whose residence is in another State. Once
the place of residence of the footballer is differentiated, we will proceed to address an analysis
of how their income should be taxed, both their taxation from a general point of view, such as
how to tax your image rights from a more specific perspective. Finally, we will address three very
important judgments, which are of relevance in the world of football and have given rise to
different resolutions despite having a similarity between them.
