Tratamiento Procesal Penal de las víctimas en delitos de terrorismo

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis de la víctima, en concreto de la víctima de terrorismo en el sistema procesal español haciendo una mención a la evolución de los derechos, la legislación que le protege y la justicia restaurativa. En primer lugar se hace referencia al concepto de víctima y a las víctimas del terrorismo en España y su tratamiento legal. El trabajo también contiene información acerca de la Doctrina Parot, una doctrina jurisprudencial que supuso un acontecimiento en España. Además hace mención a la novedad de los avances sobre el caso Miguel Ángel Blanco desde la novedad jurisprudencial que puede suponer en la justicia

The present essay has for its object the analysis of the victim, specifically the victim of terrorism in the Spanish procedural system, making mention of the evolution of rights, the legislation that protects them and restorative justice. Firstly, reference is made to the concept of victim and the victims of terrorism in Spain and their legal treatment. The work also contains information about the Parot Doctrine, a jurisprudential doctrine that was an event in Spain. It also mentions the novelty of the advances regarding the Miguel Ángel Blanco case from the jurisprudential novelty that it may represent in justice
