La patria potestad

Abstract

Como podremos observar a lo largo de este trabajo, la Patria Potestad ha ido sufriendo importantes modificaciones en cuanto a su regulación, partiendo de la normativa propia del Derecho Romano, a la actual. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se pretende analizar la regulación actual de la Patria Potestad, estudiando cuál es el concepto, los derechos y obligaciones de aquellos que la ostentan, así como de las personas sobre las que se ejerce, pasando por los límites establecidos, causas de extinción o privación de ésta, y finalizando con la posibilidad de recuperarla.

As we will be able to observe throughout this work, parental authority has undergone important modifications in terms of its regulation, starting from the regulations of Roman law, to the current one. In this end-of-degree project, it is intended to analyze the current regulation of parental authority, studying what is the concept, the rights and obligations of those who hold it, as well as the people over whom it is exercised, going through the limits established, causes of extinction or deprivation of it, and ending with the possibility of recovering it.
