A través de este trabajo de investigación vamos a analizar 4 conceptos: la conducta típica, el asesinato hiperagravado (prisión permanente revisable), los problemas generales respecto de la teoría del delito y, por último, la penalidad y la libertad vigilada; todos ellos coordinados hacía un objetivo común: analizar el delito de asesinato tras la reforma introducida por la Ley Orgánica 1/2015.
Through this research work we are going to analyze 4 concepts: typical behavior, hyper-aggravated murder (permanent reviewable prison), general problems regarding the theory of crime and, finally, punishment and supervised release; all of them coordinated towards a common objective: to analyze the crime of murder after the reform introduced by Organic Law 1/2015.
