El derecho al olvido

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado trata de dar una visión general del derecho al olvido, tanto de su concepto como de su origen y construcción. Además, hace hincapié en la sociedad actual y el desarrollo tecnológico de los últimos años, ya que las más recientes innovaciones han complicado la articulación legal de este derecho. Por último, se sugieren ideas que podrían servir como instrumentos para que el derecho al olvido sea efectivo y lo menos peligroso posible.

This Final Degree Project tries to give an overview of the right to be forgotten, both its concept and its origin and construction. In addition, it emphasizes the current society and the technological development of recent years, since the most recent innovations have complicated the legal articulation of this right. Finally, it suggests ideas that could serve as instruments to make the right to be forgotten effective and as safe as possible.
