La estética de las ruinas en la narrativa falangista de la Guerra Civil: «Camisa azul» (1939), de Felipe Ximénez de Sandoval

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza la narrativa producida por autores afines al bando sublevado durante la Guerra Civil a través del tópico literario de las ruinas. Se examina cómo este motivo no solo refuerza la filiación clásica de estas obras, sino que también evidencia el componente romántico del fascismo español en un sentido estético e ideológico. Para ello, se ofrece una visión panorámica de la narrativa en torno al asedio del Alcázar de Toledo y un análisis detallado del tópico de las ruinas en Camisa azul, de Felipe Ximénez de Sandoval.

This article analyzes the narrative produced by authors aligned with the rebel faction during the Spanish Civil War through the literary motif of ruins. It examines how this theme not only reinforces the classical lineage of these works but also reveals the romantic component of Spanish fascism in both aesthetic and ideological terms. To this end, the article offers a panoramic overview of the narrative centered on the siege of the Alcázar of Toledo, as well as detailed of the treatment of the motif in Camisa azul, by Felipe Ximénez de Sandoval.
