Este artículo saca a la luz una de las obras más relevantes de Daniel Zuloaga, el mural del vestíbulo de la casa de Tomás Allende en Bilbao, realizado en 1900, dentro de la etapa más importante de la carrera del ceramista. Hasta ahora permanecía inédito, de manera que su localización, tras ser instalado en otro inmueble, ha permitido estudiado en primicia con el apoyo de nueva documentación relativa a la propia obra y su accidentado devenir a lo largo del siglo XX.
This paper reports on one of the most relevant works of Daniel Zuloaga, namely, the mural in the vestibule of the house of Tomás Allende in Bilbao. This was done in 1900 during the most productive stage of the artist's career. To date the work has not been described, but now for the first time, after its transfer to another building, its localization has allowed it to be studied with the support of supplementary documentation concerning the work itself and its troubled history along the 20th century.
