AB En la actualidad, cada vez son más las empresas que se enfrentan al reto de búsqueda e implantación de nuevas técnicas que les permita ser más eficientes y aumentar su productividad. En este ámbito el Lean Manufacturing es el sistema de gestión con mayor impacto a nivel internacional. Los simuladores se han convertido en una herramienta fundamental para toda empresa ya que permiten estudiar y analizar el comportamiento de un sistema. En este proyecto se creará un taller docente para mostrar los beneficios que ofrece la combinación de los conocimientos teóricos de la filosofía Lean con los prácticos de la simulación a través de FlexSim, un software de simulación que permite modelar, analizar y optimizar cualquier proceso industrial en tres dimensiones (3D). Todo esto orientado al aprendizaje de los alumnos de la Universidad de Valladolid en el ámbito del Lean Manufacturing.Palabras ClaveLean Manufacturing, taller docente, FlexSim, simulación, aprendizajeAbstractCurrently, more and more companies are facing the challenge of searching for and implementing new techniques to allow them to be more efficient and increase their productivity. In this area, Lean Manufacturing is the management system with the greatest impact on an international level. Simulators have become a fundamental tool for any company since they allow studying and analysing the behaviour of a system. In this project, a teaching workshop will be created to show the benefits offered by combining theoretical knowledge of Lean Philosophy with practical simulation through FlexSim, a simulation software that allows the modelling, analysis and optimization of any industrial process in three dimensions (3D). All of this oriented to the learning of the students of the University of Valladolid in the field of Lean Manufacturing.
