AB The work seeks to know the subjects of training in the National Police, to know the homologation of police courses and to know the statistics of students who have completed them, their level of studies and degree of academic qualification of the police commanders.Once the above data are classified, it carries out a study and contrast with Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law on the Basic Statute of Public Employees, which establishes the same academic criteria for civil servant classification, in its article 76 than those related in LO 9/2015, of July 28, on the Personnel Regime of the National Police, and which relate the professional classification groups of career civil servants.
