dc.description.abstract | In our Final Degree Project, we present a study applying the Translation Quality Assessment (TQA) (House, 1997) through the analysis of two English versions of a theatrical piece of art by Federico García Lorca, La Zapatera Prodigiosa, in which we will focus on the theatrical translation, using the replica concept (Merino Álvarez, 1994). Furthermore, we will tie this in with the theme of the woman who is «badly married» found in La Zapatera prodigiosa, and typical of works of literature in theatrical genres as well as in lyrical and narrative ones in order to demonstrate the interest and the evolution over the centuries of this issue | es |
